Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Everything you use today stays free — unlimited notes, links, full-text search, and the AI assistant with your own API key. No credit card needed to start.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
Sign in on the web, open Settings, and upgrade there. Checkout is handled securely by Stripe — the native apps don't sell subscriptions, so plan changes happen on the web.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from Settings. You keep Pro until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
What happens to my files if I downgrade?
Your notes and files stay put. If you're over the Free storage limit of 0.5 GB, you simply can't upload new files until you free up space.
Do I still need an API key on Pro?
No. Pro includes built-in AI with no key at all. If you'd rather use your own Anthropic, OpenAI, or DeepSeek key, it still works — and usage on your own key is never metered.
